Unbelievably excellent service department. Head guy Joe is as good as they get. Kind, courteous and honest. Took the time to take my call twice from Auto Zone as the morons there had no idea how to change my battery. The guy knew I was somewhere else getting my car serviced yet could have cared less, all he wanted to do was help me out. When I finally realized the Auto Zone idiots were not going to fix my problem I headed to the Range Rover Dealership in Darien and enjoyed a cappuccino while the courteous staff installed my battery and detailed my car for free. The customer service there is unparalleled. Absolutely A+ all the way. Joe and the service department crew are the best!
Large inventory and immaculate dealership
We have a 2008 Land Rover Range Rover HSE that is my wife's Daily Driver. As it now has 115,000+ miles, the service requirements are a bit more demanding. Eric Czumble in the Darien Service Dept is a member of the Service Team, and no matter what the issue is or has been, he's always positive, helpful, responsive and creative in helping us figure out the best way(s) forward! A real pro--and a true asset to the Dealership and the Land Rover brand overall.
