Kick Start Summer with the All New Range Rover Evoque Ride and Drive Event

DARIEN, C.T., July 11, 2011- Land Rover Darien announced today that they will be hosting a consumer ride and drive event on August 9th to debut the all-new 2012 Range Rover Evoque. The event will kick-off with an evening reception the night before where guests will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with both the Range Rover Evoque Coupe and Range Rover Evoque 5-door.

The consumer ride and drive event will offer guests an opportunity to test drive the all-new Range Rover Evoque on August 9th between 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.  It will be located at Land Rover Darien, 90 Post Road, Darien CT. Test drives by appointment.

The Evoque is the smallest, lightest most fuel efficient Range Rover ever produced. The 2012 Range Rover Evoque offers the customer a variety of options to fit their preference. Based directly on the LRX concept car, the smart design and meticulous engineering of the new Range Rover Evoque helps define a new segment for premium compact SUVs.  With the Range Rover Evoque lightweight construction techniques and low CO2 systems, it suits the modern needs of consumers who not only desire to be more sporting and stylish, but more sustainable, as well. 

Evoque will be offered in a five-door version with a base price of $43,995, including the destination charge or a three-door coupe starting at $44,995. The EPA estimates fuel economy at 19 mpg in city driving and 28 mpg on the highway from the turbocharged four-cylinder engine.
